Peter himself comes with 18 years experience, having run the extremely popular Barton Fish & Chips in Barton Le Clay, Bedfordshire for the past 14 years, having previously been at Wigmore Fish & Chips. Since joining the family, Christina has herself joined the family tradition and brings her own charm and charisma to the business. As a family we are extremely passionate about the quality of our product and guarantee that we will only ever use the finest quality and sustainable fish available and source all our potatoes from local farms.
